Cairo, our head office.
Cairo is the head office of Discovery Tours Egypt. From here we run private day tours from Cairo hotels, airport transfers, hotel contracting and the multi-day programmes that carry on to Luxor, Aswan and the coast.

Planning notes for trade.
- Book Grand Egyptian Museum entry and the Great Pyramid interior ahead. Both run on timed entry. The museum opened to the public in November 2025.
- Traffic is heavy. We plan around a private vehicle with an Egyptologist rather than public transport.
- Summer days reach 35 to 40 °C. Ramadan makes daytime quieter.
- Ticket prices and opening hours change, so we confirm them for each programme.
- For MICE programmes in Cairo, start from the MICE page and ask our team which venues fit.
